New Account Request

Use of NSI resources is governed by a usage agreement. You must have a signed copy of this agreement on file with NSI.

Once your account request has been approved and your account created, you will receive an email informing you that it is ready. There will be attached a copy of the security agreement.

Please bring a original signed copy of the agreement and a photo ID to the NSI main office located at SEB 1216 on the UNLV campus to receive your account information. For affiliate users that are not located in Las Vegas, you may fax a signed copy to 702-895-4156.
